IOMAI developed an innovative “needle-free” vaccine delivery system. TDA worked with IOMAI’s founders to develop a technology transfer license agreement with the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research as well as structuring the initial seed-stage investment in the newly formed holding corporation. TDA continued to work with IOMAI on various strategic assignment, culminating in IOMAI being acquired by Intercell AG for $189MM.
